  • Children are welcome, but must be supervised at all times in the interest of their safety.
  • Wheelchair Suitability - Jessie's Lodge and The Byre have level access and are single storey buildings.  However, we would recommend that Jessie's Lodge would be more suited for people who are wheelchair users but have some mobility.  Please contact us if you would like to discuss this in more detail.  Charlotte's Cottage is unsuitable for a Wheelchair User.
  • Sorry but we do not accept pets.
  • Cottages are all non-smoking, as is all accommodation within the UK.

1.  Check the availability of the dates and rates by using the online Calendar or email us at
2.  Quantity refers to how many nights you would like to book.
3.  No Minimum or Maximum Stay...the Choice is Yours. (This excludes Bank Holidays)
4.  At the time of Booking a 25% non-refundable Deposit of the total amount is due or you may pay in full. 
5.  Once payment has been received we will send you an email Booking Confirmation and we ask that you bring this with you on your arrival day.  Please note that until payment is received the Booking has not been confirmed.
6.  The remaining Booking Balance is due on the arrival day of your stay and this is to be paid in £Sterling.  We do not accept Cheques or Debit/Credit Cards. 
7.  Arrival Time - we are flexible with regards to the time that you arrive.  Should you arrive early before Jessie's has been cleaned and refreshed we can store your luggage and offer you a nice cup of tea.
8.  Departure Time - we don't want to rush you but realistically we do need to clean Jessie's before our next Guests arrive.  Around about 10am would be helpful.

The Deposit that you made at the time of Booking is non-refundable and we shall not claim any further money from you. 
We would appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible if you do need to cancel.


We would recommend that you read the following:

  • All of our accommodation will have been thoroughly cleaned throughout and we do expect Guests to respect the facilities.  We understand that occasionally there might be an accident and something might get broken so do please let us know.  However, intentional and malicious damage would not be tolerated and would be charged to the Guest.
  • Illicit trading or activities would not be tolerated and should this occur a Guest would be asked to leave immediately and would forfeit the remainder of their stay and no refund would be given.
